Sociosystemic Constitution

Service Description

The Sociosystemic Constitution (SsC) is the central document that binds any sociosystemic organization. The SsC adopts a Federalist approach to organizational design is modeled after the U.S. Constitution which encourages organizations and institutions to take a democratic approach to sustaining diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. The purpose of the SsC is to align organizational design and behavior in an all inclusive way that is centered entirely around accountability. This comprehensive process is more than just a document, it includes a dual strategic planning process, complete with committee creation, action items, and a SPFDI (by request).
